Welcome to Deer Creek Ranch
Discover the heart of Deer Creek Ranch, where passion for horses meets a deep commitment to community and true horsemanship. Rooted in strong values of safety, respect, and growth, we strive to create a welcoming equestrian family where riders of all ages can learn, build confidence, and connect with horses in a meaningful way.
At Deer Creek Ranch, every lesson, ride, and experience is designed to develop skill, responsibility, and a lifelong love for horses.

Our journey began with a love for horses
Deer Creek Ranch was founded from a simple goal: to share the genuine joy and connection that horses make possible. The focus has always been on creating a place where people can experience that bond firsthand and build their own understanding of horsemanship through time spent with horses.
The ranch continues to center its programs around that original purpose offering opportunities for riders and families to learn, grow, and experience horses in a meaningful, hands-on environment.

A small family barn with a personal touch
What sets Deer Creek Ranch apart is its personal, one-on-one approach to horsemanship. As a small, family-oriented barn, it’s able to focus on individual attention for both horses and riders, rather than a one-size-fits-all program.
That structure allows for more tailored instruction in lessons, more attentive care in boarding, and a more hands-on, supportive experience in camps. The result is a focused environment where riders can progress at their own pace while still being closely guided and supported.

Evie Nazor
Evie Nazor brings a well-rounded and evolving horsemanship background built on a strong foundation of both English and Western disciplines. She began riding seriously at age 10 and spent four years competing in show jumping before transitioning into barrel racing after being introduced to the sport through friends.
That transition quickly became a passion—leading her to purchase her first barrel horse just three weeks later. Since then, Evie has competed in numerous saddle clubs, rodeos, and 4-H shows, continuing to grow her experience in the arena.
As a beginner to intermediate instructor, Evie focuses on helping riders build confidence, develop solid fundamentals, and strengthen the partnership between horse and rider. She believes every horse teaches something valuable—whether it’s patience, courage, or gratitude.
Looking ahead, she is expanding her horsemanship journey into breakaway roping with her colt and gaining experience in the ranch horse world.
Kailee
Kailee is a dedicated young horsewoman with nine years of riding experience and a strong competitive background in barrel racing. She has completed multiple barrel horse projects and has also trained two Mustangs, gaining valuable experience in starting and developing horses from the ground up.
She is currently transitioning her riding focus toward breakaway roping while continuing to grow her skills in the arena.
As a beginner to intermediate riding instructor, Kailee emphasizes steady progress, confidence-building, and the importance of small, consistent improvements over time. Her approach helps riders develop a solid foundation while building trust and communication with their horses.
"The genuine care for both horses and riders at Deer Creek Ranch is truly exceptional. It feels like a second family."
